PureSpace Secure ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our clients, website visitors, and business partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services.

We operate as a Data Processor under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following types of data:

  • Contact Information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and physical corporate address when you submit an enquiry form.

  • Technical Asset Metadata: Inventory logs, device serial numbers, and asset quantities collected during the booking and tracking phase.

  • Website Analytics: IP addresses, browser types, and tracking data regarding how you interact with our website via cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our ITAD logistics and booking services.

  • Coordinate secure asset transit from your premises.

  • Generate official Waste Transfer Notes and Certificates of Destruction.

  • Communicate with you regarding service updates, invoicing, and enquiries.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

To fulfil our technical asset management obligations, we work in a strict strategic partnership with iTechU (270 Knutsford Rd, Warrington, WA4 1AZ).

  • The Partnership: Redundant hardware collected by PureSpace Secure is securely transferred to iTechU’s WEEE-accredited facility for data sanitisation, refurbishment, or recycling.

  • Data Security: We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information to third-party marketing companies. Data is only shared with our licensed processing partner to ensure compliance with UK environmental and data destruction laws.

4. Data Security and Sanitisation

While in transit under our secure chain of custody, your physical assets are protected against unauthorised access. Permanent data erasure and data sanitisation are conducted via certified software at our partner facility before any hardware is refurbished or recycled.

5. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your information, subject to statutory retention periods required for UK environmental compliance records.
